Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Upper Egypt Flour Mills approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 11 per share for fiscal year 2018/2019.

The company’s OGM agreed to distribute a total amount of EGP 77 million to shareholders for the earnings of the last fiscal year, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

During FY18/19, the company logged a net profit of EGP 174.12 million, compared to EGP 205.2 million in FY17/18, including minority shareholders’ rights.
